We are seeking an Accounts Officer, or an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Officer to support the finance team for a long established and successful business based at Yatala.
This 5-week contract, commencing 15th September, is ideal for someone confident in undertaking end-to-end AP and AR processes who will be available soon, and is open to a varied short term assignment.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end tasks
Following up on outstanding receivables and supplier queries
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
You will bring existing experience as an Accounts Officer, or having worked within either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable. You will work with an excellent Financial Controller. Prior experience within medium sized businesses and using accounting software such as Pronto, Dynamics or Netsuite will be a benefit.
