Description

What this position requires:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up to date.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions within the accounting system.
• Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and organisational regulations.

Profile

A successful candidate must have:

• 2-3 years of experience in finance roles, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work.
• Experience in the property industry will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
