We are a national bookkeeping and accounting service provider growing at a very fast pace.

Our firm has been in business for 10 years with solid year on year growth founded on the Sunshine Coast and now with clients all over Australia.

We are now looking for an experienced accounting professional with great people skills to join our quickly growing team for 25 - 30 hours per week.

You would have a great deal of flexibility within your working day with the ability to work from home.

Our office is located in Forest Glen on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

The outcomes and tasks required in this role are as follows:

- Regular client contact

- Introducing clients to our suite of services

- Managing client transition from one bookkeeper to another

- Client retention

- Critical issue management with our bookkeepers

- Corresponding with our bookkeepers to achieve results for our clients

- Overseeing quarterly BAS cycle

- Monthly Reporting

To be successful in this role you will need the following experience and qualifications:

- Previous experience working in an Accounting or Bookkeeping Firm with regular client contact

- Qualified with minimum Cerificate IV in bookkeeping or accounting - but higher is ideal

- Registered BAS Agent is preferred

- Experience withe Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager is preferred

- Working in a similar role previously is highly advantageous

This role is an integral role in our growth strategy and you will be working closely with the Director where your ideas and input will be taken seriously.

The remuneration for this role is negotiable and will be based upon experience, qualifications and the individual. There is also a monthly bonus incentive based upon monthly sales.
