About the role

We are seeking a Pilates Studio Manager to join our team across x2 studio locations in Brisbane, QLD. As a part-time Pilates Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique Pilates studios, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless client experience.

What you'll be doing

Managing the studio's schedule, class bookings, and client communications

Supervising and supporting the Pilates instructors, ensuring high-quality class delivery

Maintaining the studio's equipment and facilities to the highest standards

Driving the studio's marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients

Providing exceptional customer service and managing client relationships

Overseeing the studio's financial operations, including invoicing and revenue tracking

Implementing and enforcing studio policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience in the Pilates industry. Pilates Instructor experience is a requirement of this role

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive client experience

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of Pilates instructors

Proficiency in using studio management software and other relevant digital tools

A commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive studio environment
