About the Client:

Our Client is a well-established business specialising in waterproofing and concrete repair services across a wide range of projects. They are known for their professional approach, high-quality work, and commitment to delivering excellent service to their clients.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Services Team Leader to manage all client enquiries from first contact through to quotation close-out. This role oversees the client services team, ensuring smooth enquiry handling, inspection scheduling, quotation preparation, and proactive follow-up. You will be the key link in building client trust, maintaining communication, and driving conversion of opportunities before handing over to the Projects team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming client enquiries via phone and email

Qualify opportunities and schedule inspections

Issue invoices, prepare and follow up on quotations

Ensure timely, professional client communication throughout the process

Track and report on enquiry, inspection, and quotation outcomes

Lead, support, and train the Client Services team to deliver consistently high service standards

Contribute to process improvements for client services

Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience in a client services, team leader, or similar supervisory role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience supporting or supervising a small team

Previous experience in blue-collar/industrial industries highly desirable

Valid driver’s licence
