About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will support individuals living with disability to achieve their personal goals, maintain independence, and participate fully in their community. Your day-to-day duties may include personal care, community access, household tasks, and supporting social and recreational activities.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting people with complex physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities

Experience with complex care tasks, such as behaviour support, personal care, PEG feeding, hoisting, or mobility support

Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or willingness to obtain

Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid and CPR certificate

Current Blue Card
