Envirosmart Electrical is a small electrical contracting company with a main focus on battery and solar installations, EV chargers and maintenance solutions. As the business grows, we are seeking a talented and highly organised administration/business support assistant.

Responsibilities will include:

Scheduling & Coordination – Manage and organize appointments, job bookings, and team schedules.

Material Orders – Place and track orders for materials from electrical wholesalers to ensure job readiness.

Application & Compliance Management – Prepare and submit applications, compliance reports, and other regulatory documentation.

Invoicing & Accounts Support – Generate, send, and follow up on invoices using accounting software.

Customer & Supplier Communication – Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

General Administrative Tasks – Handle emails, document management, manage and organize business insurance renewals, data entry, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Social Media Marketing – Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), create engaging posts, respond to inquiries, and build brand awareness.

Basic Content Creation – Assist in obtaining customer testimonials for digital marketing efforts.

The role will be a work from home basis but there will be requirements for onsite visits to our warehouse/office in Kingsgrove to accept deliveries.

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a business support, project coordination, or administrative role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general document management systems.

Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and creating engaging content.
