With our expanding portfolio, we are now seeking an experienced property manager who is able to perform the day to day administration duties while our Senior Property Manager can be on the road more. We are seeking a motivated team member with a mature work ethic to join our small team.

We can offer flexible work conditions and would hope our new team member can be in the office 3-5 days a week. (4-5 hours) Once trained with our systems, would be able to offer work from home days on some occasions.

Qualifications & Experience

Licensed Property Manager (preferred)

Customer Service background

Office administration background

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Current driver’s license

Tasks & Responsibilities

Property manager administration duties, including receipting rent, issue breaches, organising maintenance and follow up, entering invoices, paying creditors, entering new landlords and tenants into Property Me, processing applications, drawing up leases and scheduling routine inspections.

Office reception duties, including incoming calls and emails, handling enquiries, filing/sorting and general office duties.
