Established boutique property services firm located in the Hills District is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the management of properties in possession under instructions from third-party lenders and trustees. In this role, you’ll collaborate with trades, real estate agents, solicitors, and internal team to manage property possession, presentation, and sale on behalf of our high calibre clients.

A typical day would include:

Arrange drive by appraisals for new instructions and prepare client reports

Manage the property possession process on behalf of our clients

Engagement of external services including merc agents and locksmiths

Communicate with tenants, owners and real estate agents

Assess property valuations and sales appraisals

Oversee property presentation and engagement of trades and other services

Provide marketing reports to our clients on a weekly basis

Coordinate marketing campaigns and manage the sales process through to settlement

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years proven local experience in real estate sales, property management, insolvency/ accounting

Understanding of Fair Trading Laws and real estate property contracts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and conflict management skills

Ability to manage diverse property portfolios and juggle multiple deadlines

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

A proactive approach with a solutions-focused mindset

Full Australian driver’s license
