Established in 1994, Regional Arts WA Inc is the peak body for the regional arts sector in Western Australia. As a not-for-profit with free membership, we serve artists, arts workers, and arts and cultural organisations throughout regional WA. We offer grant programs, professional advice, networking opportunities, capacity building, strategic initiatives, and partnerships. Our work nurtures the arts by helping communities share their unique stories, strengthen their sense of place and belonging, enhance wellbeing, and foster imagination and hope.

About the Position
The Project Manager – Industry Development plays a key role in delivering initiatives that foster innovation and strengthen WA’s regional creative industries and systems.
The role takes a collaborative approach, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and internal teams to ensure projects are well-planned and effectively managed; achieving outcomes aligned with organisational strategies and funding requirements.
The position can be based in regional WA or in our office in central Perth with work from home options two days per week.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled person with a track record of coordinating projects that have delivered meaningful outcomes for communities.
Our ideal candidate will have project management skills, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with individuals and groups across a range of sectors.
Other key attributes would ideally include
· relevant degree
· experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
· background in project delivery, communications, and industry research.
· career history in private, tertiary, or government sectors.
· knowledge of WA’s regional context and creative industries.
· successful application of ethical research, impact measurement, and not-for- profit funding systems.
