Loan Market Ellenbrook is looking for a motivated and organised Client Service Manager / Settlements Officer to join our team in a part-time job share role.

This role will see you supporting our brokers and clients through the process from unconditional approval through to settlement, ensuring a smooth and professional experience every step of the way.

About the role:

Job share arrangement: one week 2 days (16 hours), the next week 3 days (24 hours) – averaging 20 hours per week.

In-office position, based in Ellenbrook.

Long-term potential, with the option to step into a full-time role in future.

What you’ll do:

Manage the process from unconditional through to settlement.

Liaise with lenders, clients, solicitors, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless client journey.

Maintain excellent communication with clients to keep them updated throughout the process.

Support brokers with administration and client service needs.

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Previous experience in lending/credit is valued, but not strictly required. We are also open to strong CSM/administration professionals from other industries who bring excellent client management skills, with training provided on credit/lending processes.

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
