We’re Aleenta Health Club: a friendly, women-focused Reformer Pilates Studio where movement is medicine and community is everything. We’re looking for a Studio Manager who can drive sales and membership growth, lead an amazing team, and spend 15-20 hrs/week teaching Reformer Pilates.

Your Week (the dream mix)

Teach (10–20 hrs): Dynamic, inclusive classes with smart progressions + joyful energy. You’ll need to be available on weekends and have the flexibility to pick up covers as needed, so each week may look a little different.

Lead & Coach (people): Mentor teachers, run training, give feedback, roster, covers.

Grow (sales): Own the funnel - tours, trials, conversions, renewals, retention, local partnerships.

Run (ops): Timetables, events, stock, studio standards, reporting, and member comms.

You’ll Succeed Here If You:

Are a natural connector who loves conversations that turn trials into loyal members.

Have sales chops (fitness, hospitality, or service) - targets energise you.

Are a qualified teacher (Reformer Pilates) who cues clearly and reads the room.

Lead with warmth and accountability - you lift people up and own the result.

Are organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.

What You’ll Own

Membership growth: trials → sales → happy long-term members

Team performance: recruitment, onboarding, standards, ongoing coaching

Timetable & covers: smart scheduling for member demand & teacher strengths

Member experience: first-class welcomes, feedback loops, surprise-and-delight moments

Community & LAM: partnerships, activations, workshops, challenges

Reporting: weekly KPIs (leads, conversions, roll-overs, retention, NPS)
