About the Role
This is not your average reception role. As the Front of House and Office Manager, you'll be the first impression for clients, partners, and visitors - both in person and over the phone. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, support a fast-paced team, and help drive initiatives that keep the culture strong and operations running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured yet people-oriented environment, and who takes pride in delivering a great experience, every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and manage all phone, email, and visitor enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Act as the go-to contact for clients, stakeholders, and service providers
- Oversee office supplies, operations and team needs
- Drive internal culture initiatives and charity involvement
- Assist with coordinating team meetings, company events, and admin support
- Support the marketing team with basic content scheduling and socials
- Keep the office humming while juggling priorities with confidence and care
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a reception, office support, or customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable with tech tools
- Social media/content experience a bonus, but not essential
- A can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
- Experience in financial services or mortgage broking will be highly regarded
