About You:

Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential property management

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication with owners, renters, and trades

A proactive approach to problem-solving

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence

The Role:
You’ll be managing a well-maintained portfolio with full support from our Leasing Consultant and VA. You’ll handle day-to-day property management tasks including lease renewals, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and client communication—without the chaos of being left to do it all yourself.

🕒 Hours: Full time, with rotating Saturday roster + time in lieu
