About the role

As the International Marketing Manager at Bentley College, you will play a pivotal role in driving the college's marketing strategy and initiatives. This full-time position is based in our Melbourne office and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the college's growth and reputation within the local community.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the college's programmes and services

Managing the college's branding, website, social media channels, and other digital assets

Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends

Collaborating with the admissions and student services teams to support student recruitment and retention

Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities, making data-driven optimisations

Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation

Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and implementing innovative marketing strategies

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a marketing management or leadership role, preferably in the education or professional services sector

Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including web content management, social media, and marketing automation

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a business related field

Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success
