As Park Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—overseeing the day-to-day running of the park, ensuring smooth guest experiences, maintaining facilities, and leading a small on-site team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who thrives in both people management and practical tasks.

What You’ll Do:

Manage park operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance

Handle bookings, check-ins/outs, and ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain park facilities and grounds, keeping them safe and welcoming

Engage with guests to create an exceptional holiday experience

About You:

Previous experience in park management, hospitality, or similar roles preferred

Hands-on, adaptable, and able to troubleshoot on the go

Strong people skills—both with guests and team members

Comfortable with both office tasks and physical outdoor work

A genuine love for nature and creating great experiences for visitors
