About the Role

Working in a small team you will provide customer service support and administration assistance to the sales team and wider business.

Duties

• Answering phone calls and assisting with sales administrative tasks to help the Sales team succeed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Handle warranty and roadside assistance inquiries, cancellations, and transfers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer and stakeholder requests.
• Identify and suggest process improvements in sales, admin, and operations.
• Support the Finance & Operations team and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
• Follow Privacy Act guidelines and government policies when needed.
• Perform general office and operational duties as required.

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative/team assistant roles.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Experience in customer service and/or stakeholder management.
• Intermediate numerical and mathematical skills.
• Please note this is a permanent role and only available to Australian citizens or permanent residents.
