Key Responsibilities

Provide top-tier admin support to the sales team to enable focus on revenue-generating activity.

Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers in line with pricing guidelines.

Follow up and convert quotes, and action leads in line with company procedures.

Generate revenue through effective outbound calls and proactive sales support.

Collaborate on tenders, presentations, and customer communications.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Ensure compliance with CRM processes and company standards.

Liaise with departments including fleet, legal, and marketing for contract and tender documentation.

Champion safety practices and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.

Perform other duties as required to support team goals.

Good starting Salary based on Skills & Experience

Temp to Perm - this position will lead to a permanent contract being offered if not immediately

Casual Rate: $35-38ph including casual allowance plus super plus overtime / Permanent Rate will start from $70,000-80,000 pa but negotiable depending on experience
