About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transport Operations Coordinator with strong knowledge of transport permits and compliance requirements. In this role, you will support the efficient setup and management of daily transport operations while ensuring all permits, licences, and regulatory obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process transport permits and regulatory documentation

Coordinate and schedule vehicle movements in line with permit requirements

Liaise with drivers, clients, and authorities to ensure compliance

Maintain accurate records and operational reports

Support the Transport Manager with day-to-day operational planning

Ensure all health, safety, and legal standards are upheld

Facilitate the retrieval and imaging of all Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation

Monitor compliance with fatigue, mass, and maintenance requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in transport operations with knowledge of permits and compliance

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with transport management systems and scheduling software (advantage)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
