The Opportunity:

As a Transport Scheduler, you will be the backbone of the operational success, managing complex schedules and ensuring seamless delivery of services. Your expertise will be critical in optimising the innovative logistics platform and upholding commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically plan and schedule transport routes to maximise efficiency and meet tight deadlines.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and drivers, managing real-time changes and resolving issues with professionalism.

Leverage your proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Salesforce to analse data, generate reports, and maintain meticulous records.

Provide leadership and guidance to the scheduling team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Experience within a dispatch, scheduling, or logistics coordination role within the transport industry.

Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted projects and a high volume of tasks simultaneously.
