Your Impact

As a Transport Allocator, you'll play a central role in coordinating truck logistics that power G.P.P.'s critical infrastructure projects. You'll help ensure our fleet delivers safely, sustainably, and on time—from excavation and haulage to material supply and waste recycling efforts. Key Responsibilities

Schedule and allocate transport runs across multiple operations: haulage, disposal, infrastructure, recycling, and more

Liaise effectively with drivers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination

Monitor delivery progress and proactively address issues

Enforce compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Support operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Experience in transport scheduling, logistics, or similar workflows (preferred, but not essential)

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Strong computer and scheduling-system literacy

Calm under pressure, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
