What You’ll Do

Allocate & finalise daily runs

Update next-day delivery plans

Handle basic emails & bookings

Oversee specialty jobs (dedicated vehicles, project roll-outs)

Ensure staff, site and customer inductions are completed

Book loading docks & provide high-security delivery details

Problem-solve with manager and drivers in resolving end-of-day pickups and delivery services

You Bring

Experience in transport/logistics coordination

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Attention to detail & ability to work to deadlines

Knowledge of secure freight operations (advantage)
