The Landscape Team is seeking a Construction Manager to join our team. This newly created position will oversee the success of the team and requires an individual who demonstrates a lead-by-example mentality, displays natural confidence, has well developed decision-making ability and will strive to exceed expectations.

What you'll do:

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets

Estimate and prepare tenders

Coordinate and oversee all construction activities, including subcontractors and suppliers

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards

Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders and the project team

This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control

To be successful in the role, you will:

Hold a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field

Have experience in estimating / tendering

Demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to effectively lead multi-disciplinary teams

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control

Manage project changes and implement necessary adjustments to the project plan

Prepare and submit project reports and documentation

Hold a current driver's license
