• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and mixed use projects
• Work with the project team as necessary to ensure budgets are being adhered to
• Maintain accurate records of all project costs
• Provide budget information on your projects as necessary
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure a positive outcome for the business

Your Background

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating for a commercial builder
• Main contractor experience is a must
• Strong understanding of estimating software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
