About The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role where your expertise in Revit and Australian construction will be front and centre. You’ll deliver precise estimates for complex architectural stair systems that shape iconic commercial spaces across Melbourne.

Working closely with designers, suppliers, and project teams, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing quotes using dedicated estimating software
• Supporting project bids through accurate cost breakdowns
• Producing detailed cost estimates from advanced Revit models
• Ensuring alignment between estimates, models, and specifications

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A qualification in building and construction or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and exceptional communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently in Revit at an advanced level, with a focus on estimation and fabrication modelling
