About You

Previous experience in the hotel industry, ideally within Front Office or Reservations

Organised, dependable, and confident working independently or in a team

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences

Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude

Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS (HMS or similar) is an advantage

Ability to work a rotating roster, with a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

Greet guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally and efficiently

Provide clear information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area

Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including security and privacy standards

Support our reservations team during peak periods and contribute to revenue and upselling

Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless guest experiences
