About the Opportunity:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Darling Group venues, ensuring a seamless reservation process and exceptional guest experience. Your role involves managing inbound calls and emails, responding to guest inquiries, handling feedback, and troubleshooting issues. You will also oversee menu collateral and ensure all guest communications are accurate, on-brand, and timely.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.

Familiarity with reservation software such as SevenRooms is highly advantageous.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to retain knowledge and quickly learn new information.

Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.

Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Resilience and composure under pressure.

Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and screens efficiently.

A self-motivated attitude with a warm and professional demeanor.
