About the role

Bridges on Argyle Motel in Traralgon, Victoria is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on a casual basis. The role will involve meeting and greeting guests, use of the property management system, booking, assisting guests during there stay and much more.

In this position, you will be required to work two evenings between Monday and Friday from 5pm to 9pm and every second weekend 2pm-8pm with the opportunity of more hours.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting guests in a courteous and professional manner

Checking guests in and out efficiently

Handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints with tact and diplomacy

Maintaining detailed guest records and managing reservations

Performing various administrative tasks such as answering phones and processing payments

Supporting the broader hotel operations as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide friendly and professional service

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle guest requests and concerns

Able to work evenings and every second weekend

Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
