Quest on Dorcas, located in Southbank near the Shrine of Remembrance, is a 47-apartment property catering primarily to corporate travellers with One- and Two-Bedroom options.
We attract a largely corporate clientele and operate with a small, friendly, and professional team.
The Role
As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be the face of the property and play a key role in ensuring an effortless and welcoming guest experience. You must be open to a roster that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays and have an ability to cover shifts on short notice from time to time.
Key responsibilities include:
Guest check-in and check-out
Providing exceptional service throughout the guest journey
Responding to enquiries and managing reservations
Handling administration duties and daily handovers
Assisting with property and guest safety/security
Maintaining cleanliness in public areas
Supporting the readiness of all departments for the following day
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, flexible, and committed to great customer service
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Well-presented, detail-oriented, and organised
Experienced with front office systems and multitasking under pressure
Team-focused and willing to contribute wherever needed
Availability
Quest on Dorcas operates from 7am-9pm Monday - Friday & 8am - 8pm Saturday - Sunday and shifts include
AM:
Monday - Friday: 7am – 3pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 4pm
PM:
Monday - Friday: 1pm – 9pm
Saturday: 2pm - 8pm
Sunday: 3.45pm - 8pm
All shifts are a guide only and are subject to change.
Important: the shifts for this role will be PM shifts Saturday - Tuesday
We have a Night Manager on-site after hours.
Requirements:
Current work rights in Australia
Previous customer service or hospitality experience highly regarded
Hospitality graduates/students are encouraged to apply
