Jump! is Australia’s premium learn-to-swim provider for babies and young children, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality lessons in a calm, nurturing environment. Caddens is our newest location, purpose-built, welcoming, and ready to make waves.

About the Role

As our Swim School Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day operations while driving the growth and success of the business. From being the friendly face that welcomes parents, to getting in the pool when needed, to developing your team, this is a hands-on leadership role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and inspire a passionate team of instructors and customer service staff

Oversee all operations including rostering, class schedules, and facility upkeep

Jump into the pool when needed to support classes and staff

Build strong relationships with families and ensure exceptional customer experiences

Drive business growth through local engagement, promotions, and retention strategies

Monitor and report on KPIs and school performance

Maintain compliance with all safety and operational standards

What You’ll Need:

Experience in swim school or fitness industry leadership (or similar)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Willingness and ability to get in the water when needed

A proactive mindset with a passion for building community

Current (or willingness to obtain):

AUSTSWIM/Swim Australia Accreditation

CPR and First Aid certification

Working With Children Check
