We’re looking for a Club Manager to build the Jetts Neutral Bay community and keep the culture thriving! Day-to-day, you’ll manage the leadership of your club, including making sure the club is up to scratch, managing your team, engaging the Jetts community, networking and most of all creating a club environment where all Jetts members are getting in the best shape of their lives.

Have sales experience and can confidently close (fitness background is a bonus, not a must)

Customer experience and building a tight-knit community

Know your way around social media (Facebook, Instagram, GMB)

Can work independently while hitting daily checklists and KPIs

Are proactive, goal-driven, and consistent in your execution

Day to Day Roles

Smash daily sales targets and KPIs

Run member challenges, referral drives, and local partnerships

Personally welcome and convert new and returning members

Stay in regular contact with prospects and members

Be our community face - promoting the club locally and online

Keep the gym spotless, functional, and ready for action

Work Schedule

Mon–Thurs: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Saturday 9 AM - 12:00PM

Salary

$60,000 - $70,000 plus bonuses
