Are you a dynamic leader passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals? We're seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead our thriving Glenmore Park location in the heart of Glenmore Park Town Centre.

About the Role: As Club Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of club operations including sales, marketing, member experience, and staff management. You'll be responsible for driving membership growth, overseeing gym operations ensuring exceptional member service, and maintaining our high standards across our community based club.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales and membership retention initiatives to meet targets

Execute local marketing strategies and manage online community presence

Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance

Meet and greet potential and existing members and provide an excellent customer service experience

Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain club cleanliness standards

Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Essential Criteria:

Fitness Industry experience with a passion for health and wellness

Strong sales & customer service experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Target driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets

A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude with the desire to continuously improve

Ability to plan and prioritise in a fast paced environment

Be well presented, professional and punctual

Desirable Criteria:

First Aid Certificate

Fitness Experience
