About the role

As the Club Manager of our Snap Fitness Club in Dubbo, you will be responsible for the of day-to-day management and operations of the club. This role covers all aspects including - lead generation, sales, marketing, customer service, setting group fitness timetables, management of PTs, plus building strong relationships with members and the Dubbo local community. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our club within the local community.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure all members have a positive experience at the club

Driving sales through local community and corporate outreach.

Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team

Develop and implement marketing and member retention strategies to drive club growth

Ensure the club maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively

Gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility!

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar club management or fitness industry role highly regarded

A proven ability to meet sales targets & KPI's and have strong focus on customer service

Leadership and people management skills

Have a professional approach to work.

Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

A passion for health, wellness and delivering exceptional member experiences

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Competent across social media platforms

Certificate 3&4 in Fitness looked at favorably but not necessary, We are able to assist in obtaining club management certs.
