About the Role
St Patrick's Catholic Primary School is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to play a key role in the smooth operation and ongoing success of our school. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure the effective running of the school.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading school administration and supporting the Principal with confidential correspondence, calendar management, and school operations.
- Managing financial tasks such as school fees, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement.
- Coordinating enrolment processes, family and community engagement, and school events.
- Overseeing staff administration, WHS compliance, visitor protocols, and office systems.
- Ensuring compliance with Catholic Education policies and governance requirements.

About You

- Strong leadership and organisation skills.
- Experience in school administration and financial management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cert III, IV or Diploma in Business (Administration) or equivalent
