About the role

Take over a portfolio of 150 properties that has been well cared for by the Director. You will have leasing, administration and accounts support along with back up on your overflow of inspections. This role is Monday to Friday and once you are settled in there is the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections
  • Manage repairs, renovations & trade quotes
  • Oversee arrears, rent reviews & lease renewals
  • Handle bond, insurance claims & NCAT preparation
  • Build client relationships & collaborate with leasing/new business team

About the company

This agency focuses exclusively on managing investment properties on the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore. They focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and bespoke service to maximise returns via renovation and hand selecting high quality tenants and properties.

Experience required

  • Experience managing your own portfolio
  • Valid drivers’ license and reliable car
  • Certificate or registration or real estate license
  • A love for relationship building and getting things done
  • Knowledge of the Northern Beaches
