What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential property management

Current QLD Certificate of Registration (essential)

NSW Certificate of Registration or License (highly regarded)

Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation (QLD and/or NSW)

Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to manage a portfolio independently while contributing to a positive team culture

Your Day-to-Day:

Full end-to-end management of a residential portfolio

Liaising with landlords and tenants to build long-term relationships

Coordinating maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, and rent reviews

Supported by a dedicated team of leasing agents and admin professionals
