Team Leader / Senior Property Manager

Full-time | $80–100K + optional Car Package

About the Role

• Lead and oversee a high-performing property management team.

• Manage a reduced portfolio, allowing you to focus on leadership, growth and client relationships.

• Report on team numbers and performance to management.

• Work alongside a Leasing Consultant, Admin support, and dedicated Trust Accounting team to streamline your role.

• Primarily residential management, experience in commercial properties a bonus

Must Haves

• Current Real Estate Licence & Driver’s Licence

• Strong background in residential property management (commercial experience an advantage)

• Positive attitude and a hands-on leadership style

• Highly organised and self-motivated

• Strong understanding of compliance, legislation and property systems

• Excellent communication skills and a customer service focus
