The Role:

Oversee a diverse portfolio of approximately 200 properties in residential, retail, hospitality, industrial, and office sectors

Cultivate strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication

Conduct thorough inspections, including move-in, move-out, and routine visits

Manage rent arrears and coordinate property maintenance and repairs

Represent the agency at NCAT hearings and other proceedings as required

What We're Looking For:

Experience or exposure to commercial property management is highly advantageous; however, motivated residential Property Managers interested in broadening their expertise are encouraged to apply

A proactive, diligent, and passionate approach to property management

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn new skills and take on fresh challenges
