The Role:

• Manage a mixed-use portfolio of approximately 200 properties, including residential, retail, hospitality, industrial, and office spaces
• Liaise effectively with landlords and tenants to maintain strong relationships
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Oversee arrears management and coordinate property maintenance
• Attend NCAT hearings as required

The Candidate:
Experience or exposure in commercial property management is highly desirable; however, we’re also open to residential Property Managers who are genuinely interested in transitioning into the commercial sector!

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident managing multiple priorities
