The Position

In the role of Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Take charge of a meticulously maintained portfolio comprising both residential and commercial properties, with long-standing clients who've been personally cared for by a dedicated, experienced team
• Nurture existing relationships with tenants and landlords
• Coordinate repais, maintenance, renovations
• Manage lease renewals and rental reviews
• Maintain rental arrears
• Confidently represent the agency at NCAT and other formal proceedings when needed

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:

• You MUST have a solid track record in previous Property Management roles
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration and Real Estate Licence essential
• Highly articulate, immaculately presented with superior relationship nurturing skills
• Impeccable time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of/experience working in the Eastern Suburbs marketplace is ideal
• Proven track record of managing high touch, high profile clientele
• Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
