Role - Customer Service Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Full Time Customer Service Team Leader. You must excel at customer service and be on point with organisation. You will be working at our Distribution Center with a team focused on providing our clients with outstanding customer service. For this role we are seeking an individual who can work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

It is essential you can work autonomously, however you will be part of a team environment.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

Organising and printing pick/pack slips for our store people - both same day orders and upcoming day orders

Reviewing orders - allocating stock and monitoring stages as required

Monitoring email boxes and answering telephone calls from staff and customers

Facilitating customer collections

Uploading next day deliveries to our delivery app

Other distribution centre support functions as required

Ability to work occasional Saturdays preferred for covering team absences/leave

Established Cin7 skills are highly advantageous (or other similar ERP programs)
