People2people are excited to be partnering with a growing global organisation who design, develop and manufacture unique products and systems for their target market, within Australia and beyond.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, including invoicing, managing and fielding incoming enquiries and requests for quotes while working with various internal teams to ensure orders are produced and delivered. You will be joining a growing team and organisation that are known for quality products and outstanding service!

Selection criteria

• Previous customer service experience – phone-based sales / order processing for products
• Advanced communication skills – verbal / written
• Computer literacy with strong data entry skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple orders
• Customer centric and solutions focused approach
• Collaborator who enjoys a challenge
