PERSOL is seeking a professional and proactive Customer Service Representative to join my client, a well-respected leader in the agricultural and animal genetics sector. • Play a key part in delivering world-class customer service to the agricultural sector

  Key Responsibilities:
  
• Manage inbound calls, process customer orders, and handle associated documentation
  
• Coordinate and track sample submissions for genomic testing
  
• Fulfil orders for sample kits and collection devices, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  
• Respond to customer queries on testing, results, and turnaround times
  
• Provide administrative and sales support to internal teams
  
• Maintain accurate data and records across CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and SAP)
  
• Log and manage complaints and credits, ensuring timely resolution
  
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and industry stakeholders
  
• Assist across other divisions as required

  What We're Looking For:
  
• Experience in customer service, administration, or a related role
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (vlookups, filters, duplicate checks)
  
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce highly regarded
  
• Ability to quickly learn complex processes and work across multiple systems
  
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  
• Background or interest in cattle and/or sheep industries highly desirable
