THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. This pivotal role focuses on delivering great customer experiences, managing a dedicated team, and upholding high standards of service and quality.
As a Duty Manager, you’ll lead by example in areas such as:
Coaching, Guiding and Leading and co-ordination of team members in the club’s day to day operations, including training, supervision, and mentoring.
Customer relations and satisfaction.
Ensuring compliance with current legislation, club policies, and health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with department heads to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment while driving business goals.
This role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to effectively problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
