We’re looking for an experienced manager with a café or premium food retail background who can lead a team, manage operations, and maintain high standards. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting their team, keeping a busy store running smoothly, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations in a high-volume environment
• Manage recruitment, rostering, training, and performance of staff
• Lead and support a team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
• Conduct stock management, stocktakes, and operational reporting
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and service standards

What you need:

• Strong background in hospitality, café management, or premium food retail
• Must have coffee experience/knowledge
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team
• Hands-on, operational leader who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
