About the Venue

The Rockley Pub celebrates it's 150th year this year and is located in the village of Rockley, 25 minutes south of Bathurst. Proudly owned by well know chef Matt Moran, The Rockley Pub is opening during renovations of which will include a completely new bar, beer garden, restaurant and accommodation.

About the roles

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, highly motivated person who has what it takes to exceed guest expectations. This role is for Venue Manager who will assure the smooth running of service throughout the venue.

Skills and experience

Ability to work a variety of shifts and flexibility with hours

Oversees daily operations and staff

Managing rosters and budgets

Work as a team and positively contribute to delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate

Previous experience in a similar role
