About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to take ownership of front-of-house operations and lead our opening team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a project from the ground up, with the chance to shape the guest journey and culture of the venue.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.

Lead, train, and mentor the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.

Work closely with the Head Chef and Sommelier to ensure alignment across food, wine, and service.

Manage rosters, wage costs, and operational budgets.

Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and operational standards.

Build lasting guest relationships and drive a culture of excellence.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Venue Manager in premium dining.

A confident leader with strong communication and people management skills.

Passionate about food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy.

Hands-on approach with the ability to work the floor and set the tone for service.
