With a team of dedicated administration and DA staff ensuring efficiency and care for the Dental Practitioners and their patients, this 5 chair practice is poised to take their practice to new heights with the help of a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager.
The Opportunity This leading Dental Practice now seeks a very experienced Dental Practice Manager who will deliver outcomes under the four pillars of:
Staff/HR/Operations
Finance Management
Risk & Governance
Practice Development & Promotion

This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic, experienced and passionate Practice Manager to drive this already, impressive and very busy practice to the next level. Using your previous Dental business management skills and experience you will thrive in this role and optimise, enhance and continue to build the practice.

Key areas of focus will include formulating business forecasts, costings and budgets, HR and operational responsibilities along with practice growth strategies. With a fresh set of eyes, proven experience and a desire to build something truly exceptional, simple yet impactful changes will be embraced along with marketing and keen finance management, all of which form key aspects of this diverse and rare opportunity. Utilising your strong people management skills and HR knowledge, you will lead and continue to develop the dedicated administration and support staff.
About You Essential criteria for the successful candidate include prior/current Dental Management experience of a team (around 15 - 20 + staff); the ability to recruit, train and develop staff and step in and support your team in times of high work demand. Understanding business and finance is essential to ensure the practice remains in ‘financial good health’. Practice promotion, patient care, willingness to take on all aspects of ensuring the practice runs smoothly, being task-oriented and business savvy are all skills you will bring to this role along with a tech confident approach to using software/technology in a swiftly advancing landscape. Ideally you will also have prior experience as a DA and/or chairside general dentistry, and D4W software experience.
