About the role

In this role, our Practice Manager will be pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, while serving as liaison between our clinic and MyFast Medical Group.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

overseeing front-desk, admin & GP coordination

recruiting/training/developing clinical and reception staff

maintaining compliance with legislation & quality standards

managing financial operations, billing and inventory

optimising workflows & supporting rebranding/growth strategies.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Min. 3-5 years GP or healthcare practice management experience essential

Current AHPRA registration + WWC check essential

Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)

Local knowledge of Melbourne's western suburbs preferred

Proven proficiency with medical software systems & financial management.
