Practice Manager - Teeth On Ohea (Coburg, VIC)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our team at Teeth On Ohea, a modern and family-focused dental practice located in Coburg.

At Teeth On Ohea, our vision is to change the experience and stigma of visiting the dentist by providing a positive dental experience. Our mission is to deliver full comprehensive and preventative treatments that help alleviate dental anxiety, reduce pain and encourage lifelong oral health care.

This is a hands-on role that combines practice management with reception duties. It is perfect for a dental professional who is passionate about leadership, patient care and creating an environment where both patients and staff feel supported.

About the Role

Oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure smooth, efficient and patient-focused service.

Provide leadership, support and mentorship to a team of clinical and administrative staff.

Perform reception duties including greeting patients, managing appointments and processing payments.

Implement and maintain practice policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Report to the directors with updates on practice performance, staff management and patient experience.

Work collaboratively to foster a positive, supportive and professional team culture.

About You

Previous dental practice management or senior dental experience is essential.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A hands-on approach with the flexibility to balance reception and management duties.

Strong computer and dental software knowledge - D4W Ideally.

A patient-centred mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Salary & Benefits

$80,000 – $100,000 per annum (commensurate with experience).
